When you imagine your Thanks Giving Table, you might not think of dishes made out of leaves. Commonwealth Garden Shoppe carries local artisan made items that provide you with unique decorating ideas for all seasons. We think the serving dishes made by Jill Waltenspiel using leaves casted cement are one of those things. When you see them, suddenly that dishes out of leaves idea makes sense. Each cement platter is cast and painted by hand, and sealed with food safe sealant to create an absolutely unique and beautiful centerpiece for any dining table.

Dishes range in size from approximately 6" to 12"

Have you ever wanted to buy a plant, and pot it up to take away as a gift for a friend? Felt like starting a new plant, but didn't want to get the potting soil out? Maybe you don't have a place to pot your plants, or have a need for a full bag of potting soil? We have the solution for you! We've had a potting shed built just for our customers!

Clear roofing lets in plenty of light, and keeps the liquid sunshine away!

Carpenter Jeff Bodony built this beautiful shed for us to allow our customers to choose plants they love, the pot they want to put it in, and leave with a completed project! Imagine being able to choose a custom arrangement for you or as a gift, and to leave without having to go home finish putting it together. Ample counter top space allows for any project  you need to work on, in a spacious and dry area, with Granny Organic and her garden helpers there to give you guidance if you if you need it!

Jeff built this beautiful counter out of one large slab of wood.

 Shelves behind the counter house supplies for potting projects, and we have plenty of additional supplies in the Shoppe!
