It is time to start dreaming about the vegetable garden and make your seed lists.
Territorial seeds & cataloges are now in the shoppe.  To make your life easier, Granny Organic has selected seeds with the best flavor, success for home gardeners & non-GMO (per Territorial's guarantee). 
The Territorial seed cataloge has tons of info. about growing & harvesting your vegetables and how many seeds you'll need. So come in and get one while supplies last.  The cataloges cost .75 so we'll give you .75 off any order of $5.00 or more.
This week's tips: 
1.  Plant parsley seeds in 6 paks and leave outside for 7 days to freeze before your bring them inside so they will germinate quicker.  (Old Timer, Virgie used to say, "Parsley has to go to the devil & back before it comes up.")
2.  Start some kale, spinach or chard inside now.
3.  Use cardboard eggcartons for starting seeds inside.  They will decompose in the ground.

Plant a dwarf daffodil or narcissus in the middle of a container (at least 10"wide X 8" deep) and surround with multiple colors of primroses.

Commonwealth Garden Shoppe is re open for business today! Lots of things headed our way, as signs of spring start showing! Seeds will be on the shelves in no time, bare root fruit trees will be coming in, and best of all, Ralph is back from his vacation at Granny Organic's home for the holidays! He's ready to greet his loyal fans, and please. Don't let his new mustache and French accent throw you.
